	What we do...
	Upperhand Recruiting Group works as a connecting point for college coaches and administrators, high school coaches and administrators, and high school students and their parents or guardians. We provide information for all parties as it pertains to scholarship opportunities for high school students wishing to gain a higher education level.

How it works...

The process starts with an interview between an Upperhand recruit leader and a potential recruit with his or her parents or guardians. It is important to us that we build a personal relationship with each of our clients, their families, coaches, and administrators. We will never just leave you to do all the work yourself. We are in this together once you come on board with Upperhand. We have several different profile packages depending on the needs of the student. We will work with you to put the best option in place to give the student the best chance of achieving their goals. After we have made a decision on the appropriate profile package together that's when we go to work. A time will be set up to start the profile building process. Emails will be generated, and space on the site will be set up for the student. Each package carries a yearlong commitment and all of the details of the contract will be covered at the in home interview.

	We feel that every young adult that wishes to gain a higher education should have the opportunity. For that reason we will work with those that choose to join our family that may have financial difficulties. We can put together a payment arrangement that makes our services perhaps the best option available when seeking assistance with scholarship opportunities Everyone that joins our family always gets our unlimited support. We will never just leave it up to you to do the work. We won't limit the amount of emails or number of contacts that are made.
